'Alex Lifeson' Signature Les Paul - Fret Level, Service + Setup

Any Rush fans in the house? This 'Alex Lifeson' signature Epiphone Les Paul had some playability issues, the fretwork was poorly seated, starting from the second fret with lots of high points running within 3 frets down the entire neck! I've levelled, crowned and dressed this LP for impeccable playability. The locking nut was slightly low before working on the frets and now is a perfect height for 10-48" using GHS 'David Gilmour' Boomers. First time setting up with these strings, they feel great!

I've set the string compensation for standard tuning at the 12th fret. The truss was completely level when my client brought this guitar into the Workshed, I've set the neck relief at 0.010" at the 5th fret, with a perfectly level floating Tremelo.

Another day, another Epiphone that now plays like it was always meant to!
