Epiphone 'Noel Gallagher' Riviera - Fret Level, Handcrafted Bone Nut + Setup

'Noel Gallagher' Epiphone Riviera had some intonation issues on the first three frets. When fretting certain chords, you had to fret notes really lightly to not send them sharp. This was due to high and low points on the frets, plus a poorly cut plastic nut. Further inspection of playability across the board meant a full fret level, crown and dress before crafting a bone nut, cut for 10-46".
