This Jim Root Tele was in desperate need of a major overhaul, the synthetic nut was badly cut and the frets were uneven. The stock EMG's were a bit.. boring!

So we had some great 'buckers to bang in, but are still quite limited with cavity space and also the single volume and 3 way switch. After deciding not to alter the body and instead to wire in a QDD switch from our friends at Artec in Holland. We now have a 5 stage overdrive/Fuzz which begins at notch 2 and gradually(pretty quickly)gets EXTREME. Notch 1 is the passive signal and natural sound of the pickups, 2 a clean boost, then its just hella cool form then on!
Full fret level, crown + dress, handcrafted bone nut, metal humbucker surrounds, and a setup in E Flat W/Rotosound Strings.
