⚡ Fretbuzz Service + Setup ⚡
Different workbench today as I'm down at Hiwatt! This @fender American Pro II series had a Setup after changing to 10's from 9's. The fretboard had never been oiled and was seriously thirsty, I've also dressed the frets.
The trem blocks on these are quite thin and react more than most guitarists would like, added extra springs for more tension. I would prefer to add a thick trem block, but it feels much stronger than before. I love the rolled edges on these, and I get less people asking me to do this on their guitars now that Fender do it as stock with this model 😅
The Jack output had twisted inside and was causing it to 'stick', all good now!
Action height has been set lower with less neck relief and fully intonated with the correct radius ✌️
