Fretbuzz Workshed + Hiwatt Custom Shop

So the last week or so has been extremely busy! I was fitting up and working on lots of custom shop amps at Hiwatt, ready for the Guitar Show UK Tradeshow, which was tons of fun! Really good to catch up with friends old and new whilst showcasing the new range of handbuilt Hiwatt amps at our first UK show in a very long time.

I was straight back into a full order book at the Fretbuzz Workshed - here is this week's gallery of repairs and setups šŸŽøāš”šŸ¤˜šŸ»

This lefty strung righty played upside down-y Taylor, had a preamp with no output. Connected a new bridge over the ground points and bypassed an irreplaceable tiny switch straight to the output. Full Service + Setup šŸ™ŒšŸ»

File under - the wiring upgrades on this almost cost more than the actual guitar...that's right, it's a Harley Benton! I've redone the full wiring with push/push pots for split coils, reverse phase and series/parallel šŸ”„

Epiphone 'Black Beauty' had a Fretbuzz Service + Setup, plus a new toggle switch āš”

Fender Strat with a 60s spec neck had a Fretbuzz Service + Setup, plus some attention to the nut which was too high šŸ”„
