Fender Telecaster Custom '72 🔥🔥🔥
Was excited to hear the 'CuNiFe pour' Humbucker on this amazing reissue Telecaster! Apparently done for the first time in 40 years, CuNiFe pickups have extreme clarity and never lose their attack and definition even when pushed to the limit.
The only thing letting the guitar down was a poorly cut bone nut, I've worked on lots of 70's Fender and have honed my skills handcrafting bone nuts using those as a reference, so knew exactly what I needed to do to get this even more closer to it's vintage counterpart. I've cut to match the 9.5" radius and finished off by reshaping and polishing.
Only slight truss rod adjustments were necessary once I had my action set, overall extremely happy with the playability. Can't put this thing down 🎸⚡
