Sometimes the simplest guitar jobs can be the toughest/most awkward, this had a ground issue where it seemed to be working when soldered vintage Fender style to the ground but needed to come back to the Workshed for a second look. There was a slight split in the pickup ground wire casing - I'd used the already soldered trem claw ground as it looked like a good join, but had no continuity when tested with the multimeter. I've soldered a new connection to the pot, and all is as it should be. 🔥
