This had some @bareknucklepickupsofficial 'Polymath' humbuckers with custom etched covers. The owner doesn't use the middle pickup and I didn't want to fill the cavity out in case that ever changed, so I decided to make a custom pickguard to cover the slot, and as this one is going back home to a huge @rush fan...it was a no brainer on the decal, STARMAN 🌟
Replaced the 5-way import switch with a 3-way oak grigsby and rewired to N/NB/B
Intonation on Steinberger trems is pretty weird, you have to unlock the trem by a hex point and literally push the saddles back and forth, weird! I feel like Marty Mcfly when playing it, those Polymaths are absolutely huge with some hi gain distortion ✌️⚡
