Number 26 of only 200 handcrafted models. The Eastman AC108CE-LTD Has a Solid Adirondack Spruce Top, Solid Sapele Back and Sides, Tortoise Binding, Mahogany Neck, Ebony Fretboard and a traditional even 'C' neck profile. This considered, the guitar didn't play that well and needed a good setup. The action was also a bit high and the owner who is currently taking guitar lessons wants a better playability. I've gone for Rotosound tru bronze 11s and a lower action with a bit more neck relief.
The frets have had a bit of a polish and I've applied some wax rather than oil as the fretboard has a thin coat of lacquer.
Ive also added a strap button 'cus nobody likes stringing one up on the headstock, right?!
I'm happy that this guitar has reached its potential and will help the owner progress much more with his playing.
Absolutely happy with work will return and definitely be a regular
